Charles Rominiyi is a Faculty Assistant with T.H.E. E.J. Lab and brings his passions for environmental health and community service to his work. 

Before joining T.H.E. E.J. Lab, Charles worked at  KIPP DC Public Schools, managing the network’s health and safety initiatives. 

He also previously served as the Health Education Manager at the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), where he developed grants, policies, and wellness programs to achieve Whole Child Health in DC Schools.

Originally from Portsmouth, VA, Rominiyi has called the DC-Metro area home for the last decade. He finds joy and peace in his family's company and enjoys fishing, biking, and playing recreational sports in his spare time.
