Averie Paschall is a full time undergraduate student at the University of Maryland, pursuing a major in Environmental Science and Policy, and minors in Paleobiology, and Nonprofit Leadership and Social Innovation. Averie is an active participant in the Rawlings public policy program at UMD where she and a team are working to develop an environmental justice advocacy and education program in South Baltimore.

Averie has also engaged in wildlife conservation with Owl Moon Raptor center where she helped rehabilitate birds of prey. She hopes to continue to work with sustainable and equitable initiatives in the future.
